Description:

The RMB-425-SS is a high-level Raid and high-storage unit with a compact design. It adds extra storage and hot-swap capability to satisfy any application need. An aluminum body and extra 2 x 40mm cooling fans subsystem complete a high-end data storage server or workstation. It is daisy chain ready for multiple backplane connection (SAS HDD only). It is an ideal solution for internal server RAID and JBOD application.

This unit is a 4 x 2.5” hard drive in 1 x 5.25” bay backplane raid cage that supports up to 4TB in total. It is compatible with both SAS and SATA interfaces. It transfers up to 3Gbps for SAS & SATA-II and 1.5Gbps for SATA-l. Blue power LEDs continuously report hard drive and fan activity. It has hot-swap and plug & play capabilities.
